Description

Change default preferences to acces OSM API via SSL. ( ​https://api.openstreetmap.org/api )

The API via SSL is accesible and validated if explicitely configured in "Connection Settings" dialog.

fix #9778, fix #9806 - access OSM API and JOSM website in HTTPS by default + other HTTPS links where applicable + update CONTRIBUTION

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
