Description
Unless I am blind and not seeing how to do this, it seems that JOSM can't copy a list of object (and its relations) and paste as a new objects (with new relations, exactly like the original).
With the attached example, I have tried a simple copy and paste (Ctrl+C + Ctrl+V), duplicate (Ctrl+D), Ctrl+Shift+V, utilsplugin2's copy tag from previous selection (Shift+R) and paste relations (Ctrl+Alt+V).
I just can't select all the objects and duplicate them (keeping the relations).
At least the "duplicate" option should, as the name says, duplicate everything that is selected (including relations) (or have some kind of special paste, where the user can select if he want's only the objects or objects+relations)

Right, selecting everything indeed it got duplicated (I was selecting everything with the mouse and hoping that it would duplicate).
But now I have an user problem: in a map with a lot of relations and data, I just can't select everything. I am not seeing anything in the Select menu that selects the relations of the selected objects (can I ask to have this? :-))
For example, duplicate the example and then select only the middle ways + relations from both sets (the ones that are leisure=park), so both parks will get duplicated. I didn't find a way to do this (I can select the ways, but where/how do I select their relations?)

Once you have selected the ways use the "Tags/Membership" dialog:
- scroll down
- select the needed relations
- right click and choose "select (add)"
Alternatively, the same richt click action is available in the relation list.

Mmmm, unless I am blind to see your problem, it works for me :) Ctrl-A, Ctrl-D does the trick with your file. Do you select the relations as well as their members before running the duplicate action ?
