Wiki-Syntax interpetation change of line breaks

There is some problem with syntax interpretation which did change.

Single line breaks are know interpreted which makes it difficult to read the source as long lines (especially with lot of code) could be easily broken in parts and the "side-by-side view does break it anyway.

An example:

This
should be
in
one line.

Former a \\ or [[BR]] only was interpreted as single line break.

Please change back to the old behaviour. - Thanks
