building_tools arbitrary housenumber increment patch

Description

I wrote a patch a couple months ago to allow any increment (not just -2 or 2) to be chosen in the address dialog in building tools. I tried to send it to the plugin author (Upliner), but he never responded.

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
