Description
Good name may be something like "Use correct tagging scheme for marking bridge construction".
Currently it triggers confusing "bridge without highway/railway/waterway/piste".
Note: building=bridge is currently missing from standard preset.

building=bridge was not really accepted and the solution was man_made=bridge. See tagging@osm.
Though this tag is not documented, yet.

Note that building=bridge is not modified in this case, only bogus bridge=yes. It may handle also man_made=bridge + bridge=yes - why not?

This is now less important as it is not detected by validator as invalid after r6384.
