change to highway=path for ways with bicycle=designated and foot=designated

higway=cycleway with foot=designated

or

higway=footway with bicycle=designated

validator should offer automatic change to

[higway=path; bicycle=designated; foot=designated]

as this style is considered as a better one, also by default drawing scheme of JOSM.

I would even change highway=cycleway + foot=yes and maybe even highway=footway + bicycle=yes.

Do not forget the vehicle=no.
*way=* needs to be changed to path=*.

Please, no, no, not this. Always using path is a different mapping style some prefer in some countries, and we can live with these coexisting. Enforcing such changes with validator is too controversial.

Wontfix to avoid endless tagging discussion. I feel that this path/cycleway/footway taggings is critical.

Use custom Rules for your specific needs.
