Hi,

It would be great to add a validation warning about power lines (power=line or power=cable) without voltage=*

I often forgot myself to add it and that's not so easy to check afterward if I've correctly tagged all the new features I drawn.

It would improve data quality a lot IMHO.

Where got minor_line lost? It is used much more than cable and they are not the same. Please add it.
