Description

On the osm.org website, there was a change of how permalinks are generated. Now they are in anchor so that the URL points to the current map view in real time (without reloading). The side effect is it broke compatibility with JOSM's download dialog in the Bounding Box tab. Of course the current schema should not be left unsupported (it works with Leaflet-based maps other than osm.org; links elsewhere in the Net could have been created before the transition).

Support added in the latest builds.
