ImageImportPlugin unexpected exception

I get an "unexpected exception" when trying to import a GeoTiff with TFW file in JOSM using the ImageImportPlugin.

My TIFF-file was generated by this command:

from this GeoPDF:
​http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/topo/former_yugoslavia/brod-bosnia_and_herzegovina-yugoslavia-50k-2881iv-2001.pdf

The same happens for this GeoTiff:
​http://www.state.nj.us/dep/njgs/geodata/drg100/bergen.zip

I'm using JOSM 6060 and let JOSM download the ImageImportPlugin today (for the first time).

Seems to be a problem with 32bit Windows.
