java.lang.AssertionError when undoing a Purge.

Just had this happen when I undid a purge.

Had an old file that I wanted to update the data in, so, I purged all the data and then updated it all. Then for the fun of it, I tried to undo it all and this error popped up. Doesn't really effect my work flow, but still, an error is an error, so here's the report.

Steps that I did to cause this to happen:

1. Open a older *.osm file.
2. "Ctrl+A" to select everything.
3. Purged all the data.
4. File > Update Data.
5. Undo the Purge
6. CRASH

I would attach the file that does this, but I already re-saved it after Step 4 not knowing this would have happened. :(
