Notes plugin sometimes displays wrong author for anonymously created notes

When loading an area containing both notes by registered authors and anonymously created notes, the anonymously created notes will be shown as created by one of the registered authors. Panning the map until the notes of the registered authors vanish and only the anonymously created notes remain they are correctly displayed as being created by Anonymous.

This applies to both the map view and the notes widget.
