I can not export data layer to GPX

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. open gpx track in JOSM
2. convert it to data layer
3. try to convert into gpx

What is the expected result?
I expected to see options "convert to GPX" and 'export to GPX' (in context menu)
What happens instead?
data layer contex menu has no option 'convert to GPX' or 'export to GPX'.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Are you in expert mode ? They are hidden in normal user mode now, to be in sync to the entries in the main menus.
