    22Many people said they wanted to help, but the issues with Launchpad prevented them from doing so. I think moving away from Launchpad would improve the translation workflow and actually incentivise people to contribute more.

    4 I set up* https://translate.codeberg.org/projects/josm_translate_test/ as a test and demonstration for Weblate, which seems to be a good option. There are multiple free hosted instances, but selfhosting would also be possible.

    66,,*: Simply chucked the translation files into a [https://github.com/Woazboat/josm_i18n repository] and pointed Weblate towards them. I used git, but svn would also be supported.,,
