Audio slower broken since revision r1023

Description

It's hard to believe, but the function "Audio -> slower" is broken for 5 years now, since revision 1023, where the "fast" parameter was changed from "false" to "true" by mistake.

Noticed that while doing some javadoc. Indeed, the "slow" action actually increases the audio speed.

And no one noticed o_O
