josm-latest not getting built since server upgrade

Description

I just have noticed that since the server upgrade over the weekend, the "josm-latest.jar" hasn't been built, yet there have been new fixes for JOSM since the last latest version was built.

[5779] was the last time "josm-latest.jar" was built (Friday USA)). Right now, we're at [5787], and it wasn't built at the normal time, about 1-2 hours ago at the time of this report.

Just thought you'd like to know so that the the task can be restarted so that people that can't build it themselves can gain access to the latest edits for the program. :)

Seems permissions for log file blocked the cron job. Should work now. Current version was build by hand.
