activating new layer before adding a number makes window useless

Description

If you check the checkbox for a new layer before adding a changeset number the revert button will never turn dark (enabled). You need to reopen the window and add a number first to revert.

Sorry, you do not need to close the window, checking off the checkbox and editing the number helps, but I also noticed that often the number disappears and even reappear checking the checkbox on and off.

Can you check tomorrow if the resolution of #8494 fixed also this issue or not ? Thanks.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Upliner.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
