relation list toggle dialog: select with filter selects wrong relation

1. open data with several relations
2. filter with new filter option
3. select one entry
4. try to select selected relation using the most right-hand button

a different relation gets selected.

I also noticed that the filter is often deactivated while editing and that you have to change the filter text to get it back.

It appears to be selecting the nth relation in the unfiltered list, rather that the nth relation in the filtered list.

Some actions are still performed on the wrong relation.

Eg apply a filter and right-click and select "Download members" or "Downland Incomplete members"
