[PATCH] make default icons for stop_position and platform non-blank

Description

Blank icons look bad for stop_position and platform without set bus=yes or other, and current code does not support trolleybus and share_taxi.

My patch adds bus icon for platform and railway_small for stop positions.

Are there any problems with the patch? Can it be applied?

I do not see any problems with it. However, railway_small icon for stop positions can be discussed, but I suggest this way instead of current blank icon when transport type is not set.
