I tried to load a georeferenced .jpg from AEROWEST but ImportImagePlugin switches longitude and latidude and displays the picture totally wrong.
In the layer information the position of the picture is valid.

I have the same problem with opendata I think I have messed up with geotools.

Should be fixed in [o29026] (verified with opendata, and your image looks good).
