[PATCH] Easier change of projection when grabbing cadastre with a non cadastral projection

Description

Please find a patch that open directly the preferences dialog, with the projection tab selected, and the Lambert CC9 projection pre-selected, when the user tries to grab cadastre with an invalid projection.

This helps a lot as the user has only to choose the corresponding area.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain pieren.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
