Automatically add highway=track if tag tracktype=gradeX is added

There are a lot of complementary tags, that don't make sense without their corresponding main tag. For example if a add an tracktype=gradeX, it only makes sense if there also is a highway=track. similar keys are recycling_type, shelter_type, a.s.o.

It would be a nice time saving feature if, for example, I add a tracktype=gradeX to a way, that the highway=track gets added automatically (as long as there isn't already a highway entry tagged). same goes for the other complementary tags.

This, of course can only be done where there is a 1:1 relation between main tag and complementary tag. The service tag, for example, could have different main tags.

for combinations you can use presets.

Validator is already checking for bridges/tunnels without layer and it should be not that hard to add checks for other tags.

as long as you cannot assign custom keyboard shortcuts to presets this is not a durable option.

It could be an option in the configurations to allow auto-adding of various tags, but it should be user option to select them, maybe even make it fully customable so each user can make have his own auto-added tags.
