Measured Values Plug Window doesn't change to imperial

Description

After changing the preferences from metric to imperial, the measured values window continues to show metric. The status bar does show values in imperial measurements. I expected to see values in feet/miles.

Tested in an existing ubuntu system and a new macbook with a fresh install of josm.

Fixed in [o28898].

I think in [5560] you cannot use getDistText for the areas (should be double a = area / (aValue * aValue);).

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
