Rectified Image - warper.geothings.net has moved

Description

The 'Metacarta Map Rectifier' service proposed in the 'Add Rectified Image' has moved to 'mapwarper.net'.
We should update the dialog box.

At the same time the layout of the dialog box is somewhat confusing. It is not very clear which URL goes with which selection.

I agree this dialog is very confusing and needs rework.
