    4 Well, cycling through the windows now at least raises the preferences dialog if you raise some other program to foreground in between but I still have the problem that they open in background and they also vanish to background as soon as the mouse pointer leaves the window with focus behaviour set to "sloppy".

    66Relation editor windows do not show up at all until you leave fullscreen and yes the well known panel problem still exists, althought it hides after some actions (definitly not a JOSM or java specific problem).
