josm 5388

if user panel is not displayed and is enabled when some data is already downloaded, josm gets contributor term acceptance status. this process blocks the interface and can not be backgrounded (same way as data and trace downloading now can be).

on a slow connection this can make josm unusable for quite some time

CT retrieval will be removed in near future.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
