select geotagged foto should not be active in add node mode

Description

Currently if you add a node close to a georeferenced photo (i.e. you are in the snapping range of the foto icon) the map will get moved to this foto and the foto will get selected (map moves if the option is activated), but when in drawing mode this is mostly not what is wanted.

Please restrict selection of those icons to select mode(s).

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
