Description
Alt+2 toggles visibility of the first layer (counted from the bottom), Alt+0 of the 9th, Alt+1 does nothing (i.e. toggles visibility of the non-existent zeroth layer).

Think new layers are always created on top, e.g. this way the number stays with the layer.

Multikey shortcuts (Shift+S,<N>) do count from the top, so you can choose which ones you prefer.
