Save and use of 'NL:Dekkingsgraad' of layers, like Bing Sat

Description
It should be easy if the 'NL:Dekkingsgraad' of a layer will be saved and used when it is opened again. Especially for Bing Sat, which is opened nearly every time, should this be usefull.
(Sorry for the dutch word)

I think DTeelde is referring to layer opacity value than should be persistent when saving and reloading sessions.

I don't understand what you're talking about. The wikipedia article for this word does not remind me of any JOSM concept.
