add unglue functionality to Improve Way Accuracy mode

Description

In some cases it is necessary to unglue a node before moving it.

The current workflow is very ugly: switch to select, select the node (+way), unglue, switch back to Improve Way Accuracy mode, sometimes select the way again, move the now unglued node.

I propose to use ctrl-alt for this (which is currently unused and it's sort of logical: ctrl - create new node, alt - delete node).
