JOSM will not start. Gets stuck creating main GUI.

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Trying to start JOSM
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
The program will not start and it tells me there is an unexpected error
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing.

Already fixed in r4726. Some of your tagging presets is broken, you can either remove the offending preset from preferences or upgrade to newer josm were is this only a warning.
