Description

The hotel, and possibly other presets are not yet offering the new contact scheme.

#6461 links to a mailing list discussion where there were some arguments against the "new scheme" (esp., some/many post-processors do not support the "new scheme"). Thus, I'd better not change the other presets that embed the contact fields. One can use the "new scheme" any times.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
