NPE when cancelling a download request not responding

Description

  1. Download some data from OSM API with r4659 (Ctrl-L, "​http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/<id>/download")
  2. For some unknown reason, the server does not respond as fast as it would, so hit Cancel button
  3. Got a beautiful NPE error message:

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
