[Patch] Plugin and JOSM version numbers badly displayed in warning popup

Description

When JOSM starts with a plugin requiring a higher version, this warning popup is displayed:


The version number is badly displayed. It should be displayed like in About dialog:


Please find attached a patch.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
