[Patch] Ask for imagery provider EULA only once — at Initial Version

Description
If several imagery entries are defined for a single provider with the exact same EULA, the EULA acceptance dialog should only be asked until it is acceped, and not for every entry the user may have selected.
For example, if you choose to enable all CRAIG entries at once, you'll have to accept 5 times the same EULA.
