Description
Hi, make JOSM vertical surveying.
My idea : when loading GPX, then load ALTITUDE too and make some "virtual circle" about it, when nod is in circle then alt value is assignet to node.
When is on intersection then average value between two nearest circles.

Replying to ramack:
I don't think this is a good idea. Altitude data coming from gpses is bad data in general. I think it is better to add ele tags by hand, when acurate data is at hands...
And GPS isnt accurate too. Ive 60CSx with barometert. I think its more precise than GPS :) This Can be optional mode, when importing GPX.

The current consensus in the project is that we do not use altitude data from GPS tracks.
