building tools: use existing node instead of deleting and creating new ones — at Initial Version

Description
Would be nice if the plugin would use the existing node and three new ones when a building is drawn around a node with address information.
The history of the node would be saved and only four new objects (a way + three nodes) instead of five would be created.
