    1 Just installed a fresh copy of JOSM on my Windows 7 x86 netbook.  When installing it, I unselected all three plugins (openstreetbugs, turnrestrictions, WMS) that were offered to me, but left everything else checked to install.

    33So, I go to start JOSM and got showed a message that JOSM couldn't find "openstreetbugs" and "turnrestrictions", even though I told the installer not to install them.
