#6558 closed defect (fixed)

When installing fresh copy of JOSM, and un-selecting all plugins to install, JOSM still thinks you installed them

Description (last modified by rickmastfan67)

Just installed a fresh copy of JOSM (r4201) on my Windows 7 x86 netbook. When installing it, I unselected all three plugins (openstreetbugs, turnrestrictions, WMS) that were offered to me, but left everything else checked to install.

So, I go to start JOSM and got showed a message that JOSM couldn't find "openstreetbugs" and "turnrestrictions", even though I told the installer not to install them.

So, for some odd reason, the installer isn't passing that info along that I didn't install them.

Just thought I would let you guys know about this.

Reason: Plugin parameter is always set to both plugins even if they are not installed. The plugin string should changed according to the real selection.
