open recent: mixture of path information (full <-> local)

Hi once more.

The list of recently opened files contains a mixture of path information. Sometimes the full path is shown and sometimes not.

If you start josm with a file argument, their is no path adjustment and the path given is used. The results is strange pathes (e.g. ../../save.osm).

Please, offer either local pathes or full pathes for the whole list.
