Better use proper path instead of cloning attached files in trac

Please, do not clone attached files but use the proper path.

I change it here Spanish Follow-Line wiki page.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain ovruni.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
