I don't understand Russian, but I assume the errors tell you, that the mentioned preset files do not load.

This is caused by the fact, that they don't exists any longer /have been joined in one file). Update your preset list, remove the old ones and add the new bicycle preset.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
