Cannot not load BIng attribution after upgrade

Description

In the latest stable all was working good , but the latest version for windows it`s broken for WMS , at least for the bing tiles.

I will revert to the 309x stable or 307x version, but this need to be fixed because WMS bing tiles are very used to check or add roads and buildings

Don't panic, this may be a problem with the bing server.

Next time you see this, please try both the old and the new JOSM version and check if it really our fault.

I have tried yesterday and the 39xx version is working good.

I will try at a diferent computer after i finish work. Both the 4021 and the 39xx
