Make layer dialog smaller

Description

The layer dialog is hard to use when there are more than two or three layers because each layer takes too much room vertically. Make layers about a third as high.

The icons will become snapshots of the content sometime (#53). If the space don't fit, you can also unstick the dialog by pressing the small pin-button in the topright corner.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain imi.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
