Add imagery organization

Description

Currently all the imagery that a user has added appears on the same level in the imagery menu. For those of us with over 25 imagery sources, this is a non-ideal way to sort imagery. Some kind of sub-menu system would be useful.

Status: newclosed

JOSM now has on-demand Imagery based on area, so there is no need to add all imagery in advance and alphabetic sorting. Submenus would only benefit for few users and make lots of work.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
