two small enhancement proposals

• I'd like the "create circle" tool (SHIFT + O) create a 16-node closed-way where the nodes are evenly distributed. Up to now creating a circle using a 2-node way creates a 8-node octagon; using a triangle as starting way it produces a 10 or 11-node way...
• In the "change values" dialogbox for name- or ref-tags it would be nice to have the bold entries sorted so that they appear at the top of the value-dropdownlist (see attachment). Josm loads all name or ref tags of the loaded area into the container which makes it difficult to search the selected entries...
