Description

As mentioned on josm-dev: "Data with errors" is too heavy and could lead newbees to not upload. This message is shown even if there is only a warning about an unknown role for example.

I think the message is even wrong since warnings are no errors.

Issue was fixed, but there is one typo (missing apostroph) in the message (second sentence):

"(don't destroy valid data)."

is shown as

(dont destroy valid data).
