Incorrect attribution on non-OSM TMS layers

Description

If I add a TMS layer it says (C) OpenStreetMap contributors, CC-BY-SA in the lower-right, which is incorrect. This may be correct for Mapnik layers, but this is definitely not true for my imagery layers.
