Auto-update of old bookmarks

Since old and new values differ by a very large, but constant number, it is possible to detect whether a bookmark is in "old style" or new: just check if it's smaller that 1E-4. So, imagery plugin can read all bookmarks on load, check if they are smaller (both numbers at once!) and fix them by multiplying by 6378137.
