Support names on relations

Description

In a situation where several multipolygons are listed in the relation pane it's very hard to identify a specific one without going through the list and examine them one by one. I suggest support for a name tag on the relations and JOSM should show the name instead of "multipolygon".

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
