reverter does not restore deleted nodes correctly

Changeset 7184721 removed one way consisting of four nodes.

"Revert completely" brings the way back, but the upload fails with Precondition Failed because the nodes "do not exist, or are not visible". The same for "Revert selection and restore deleted objects".

This bug was fixed in r3791. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to include such hotfixes in "tested" version.

Well, it is possible ;-)

You can compile and checkin a proper old version, then also tested can get an update. But it is not recommened, as very surely something will go wrong and needs fixing by one of the admins. And that is usually a lot of trouble.

An release is anyway overdue. We should stabilize the mappaint/mapcss stuff (Do you get a menu for selecting the styles in main view done?) and try to get a new tested.

It is finished, but hidden at the moment. I'll un-hide it today or tomorrow and stabilization can start.
